• Pickup orders should be collected during the designated pickup window.

• Delivery availability and applicable fees will be communicated during checkout.

• Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing products as appropriate after receipt.

We are not responsible for deterioration resulting from improper transportation, handling, or storage after the products have been transferred to the customer.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Information

Sweet’n Barrel produces ice cream and frozen desserts using a variety of ingredients, including dairy, soy, coconut, tree nuts, and other potential allergens.

Although we take precautions during production and handling, products may be prepared using shared equipment or within shared facilities.

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen cross-contact.

Products labeled dairy-free or vegan are made without intentionally added dairy or animal-derived ingredients, respectively, but may be produced in facilities that also handle milk and other allergens.
